The high-end renovation of this 4-storey house included extensive structural works on a rear extension; a full M&E package; a kitchen; utility area; bathrooms; and all finishings. We managed the project from start to finish, successfully negotiating precise requirements and delivery targets, including collaboration between GB Associates subcontractors and client specified suppliers.

The team has carried out a variety of works on this West London Edwardian home over a number of years, including decking and landscaping the rear and front gardens. More recently, we were asked to give the whole ground floor a modern makeover, where we removed a wall to create a large open kitchen/ living space; fitted the extension with a bespoke larder cabinet; and installed a convenient utilities and bathroom area.

Initially intended as a small rear extension with internal refurbishment to sections of the house, this project developed into a high-spec renovation of the entire property. Co-ordinated using direct suppliers alongside client specified specialists, it included groundworks; structural alterations; UF heating; aluminium windows and doors; and specialist flooring and finishes.
